The NEObanners HTML code provided upon joining must be copied onto member’s website within <b>24 hours.</b> This code may not be modified in any way without the prior approval of NEObanners. It must also be in a visible place accessible to visitors. We DO NOT allow our banners to be loaded within downloadable consoles of any nature. The page containing the NEObanners link exchange code may not have a meta-refresh tag of any kind. NEObanners will attempt to correct inconsistencies in credits owed to any member if the member offers proof of inconsistency. NEObanners reserves the right to delete members accounts should they :- Not place the ad code within their sites. If the ad code is removed after the account has already been verified. If the ad code is loaded into consoles or for any other reason. No credit refunds shall be issued in either of these instances. The NEObanners name, logo, software, databases, reports, website, and information are proprietary and cannot be used without prior permission from NEObanners. NEObanners reserves the right to modify or change any and all of these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Statement. </textarea></noframe>

Please note the following:
We do not accept any of the following types of site:

Affiliate type sites.

Adult sites.

Other banner exchange's.

Sites with non-English content.

Sites that are under construction

Any sites that offer services similar to our own.

Illegal content (including hacking, warez etc).

MLM/Make money/'Get Rich'/Work from home type sites.

Personal web pages.

Web traffic services

E-book sites

FFA/Link sites

Please also note the following:

We do not allow our banners to be placed on pages containing banners from other exchanges.

You must have your own website and domain name.

We are no longer accepting sites that are hosted on free webspace.

We cannot currently accommodate any casino/gambling related sites at this time.

We cannot accept sites that place our banner code on message boards, picture galleries, dating pages, 'rate me' systems, foreign brides', guestbook pages or any sites that mention religion.

We cannot accept any sites that use any kind of URL forwarding.

Because of the above, we maintain a very high click ratio within our exchange.

We only accept members who have their own website, and applications are accepted or rejected at our sole discretion.

We take fraud very seriously and any attempt to artificially increase your credits by IP spoofing, meta-refresh tags or by any other means will be detected and will result in the immediate termination of your account without warning.

Note:
It is your responsibility to ensure that your site meets these requirements as detailed above. If your site does not, your account will be deleted without warning.
